Samir (Owner) and Ramil (Technician) provided all-round outstanding service from the 1rst-call contact. 21-year old Whirlpool Gold refrigerator experienced intermittent cooling-no cooling cycles and a chirping sound; otherwise a completely trouble-free, whisper-quiet, and fully operational unit.  Issue diagnosed = Evaporator Fan Motor Assy; which was promptly ordered and replaced.   However, Whirlpool had - since 2005 slightly modified the electronics circuitry for this series model such that existing wiring connections are no longer compatible.  Recommended solution = Motherboard PWB had to be removed, shipped to Whirlpool for electrical circuit incl pin connector mods, returned, and re-installed.  Back to 100% operation!  The entire repair experience took 2 weeks and handled with care and professional courtesy from ICON Team.  Given the then-standard of qualitry and reliability of Whirlpool Gold appliances, it was well worth the ride.  Thanks much Samir and Ramil!

Firstly, we were able to schedule a visit the same day or next day according to our preference. He showed up right on time, quickly figured out the issue, and was able to fix it in less than an hour. We had some questions about brand recommendations for the future, (because of course an oven will not last forever) and he gave us some good advice on that as well.
